Is a comprehensive Household management company that specializes in facility management and staffing solutions. Our services include professional cleaning,Aupair, and culinary staff placements for our UHNW & HNW clients across West and South Africa.

Our highly trained and vetted staff undergo thorough background checks to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients. We also offer in-house training programs for our staff and can provide training and vetting services for clients who wish to enhance the skills of their existing staff or have us manage them directly.

Our caregivers receive thorough training in areas such as
newborn care, effective communication with children, childcare methods, childhood nutrition, childhood development, and health and safety protocols for childcare providers.

In addition to training, our caregivers undergo fitness tests to assure clients that they are capable of staying active while caring for their children. We also conduct health checks through affiliated labs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results, providing peace of mind to our clients.

Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is straightforward – we select trained and experienced caregivers from both local and international backgrounds, subjecting them to a meticulous process of interviews and background checks. Following this initial phase, we conduct in-depth in-house training sessions to equip them with the necessary skills to become certified caregivers. These trainings cover a range of essential skills such as flexibility, initiative, physical strength and stamina, patience, cleanliness and organization, interpersonal communication, observation, and more.

Our cleaning staff serve as the frontline ambassadors of our cleaning business, embodying our values and brand with every interaction. To achieve this, they must possess essential soft skills that enable them to connect effectively with our clients. These soft skills include problem-solving, conflict resolution, flexibility, time management, and motivation.

We are committed to continuously improving the skill set of our cleaners through regular training sessions, such as the tell-show-do-review technique. This approach involves four key phases:

Tell

We educate our cleaners on the importance of following specific cleaning procedures.

Show

We demonstrate each step of the cleaning process at our clients’ locations.

Do

Our cleaners perform the cleaning tasks, pausing to ensure they understand the reasoning behind each step.

Review

In the final phase, we assess their comprehension through questions, training courses, quizzes, and review of their work to reinforce their learning.

Our chef recruitment process incorporates cooking assessments to evaluate their technical and culinary skills, including their knowledge of ingredients and seasonings, adherence to food safety and sanitation practices, proficiency in inventory control, menu planning, and plate design. Additionally, we assess essential soft skills such as management, communication, organization, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

For our UHNW & HNW clients seeking a chef, we arrange a meal test in our in-house kitchen. This allows our prospective clients to observe how our chefs deliver the meals as requested.
