CAN I CHANGE MY CLEANER:

Yes, you can request to change your cleaner at any time by contacting our customer service department.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Our payment terms are weekly,monthly (pay day), quarterly and annually. Please let us know if you would like additional details.

MAXIMUM HOURS FOR EACH DAYS CLEAN:

The daily cleaning session is limited to a maximum of 8 hours per day. Any additional work that extends beyond this timeframe will be charged at our hourly rate, unless the client has pre-booked cleaning for a specific number of days.

CAN I HAVE A CLEANER COME WHILE OUT OF MY HOUSE:

Absolutely! You can arrange for a cleaner to come even when you’re not at home. Just provide us with the necessary access details for our staff to carry out the cleaning.

HOW ARE YOUR STAFF VETTED:

Our staff undergo a thorough vetting process, including background checks and reference verification, to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

WHO SUPPLIES THE CLEANING PRODUCTS?

We supply all essential cleaning supplies and equipment for our staff to efficiently complete the cleaning service. Additionally, you have the option to provide your preferred cleaning consumables.
